The City of Newton submits ARPA Project and Expenditure information to the U.S. Treasury on a quarterly basis, covering all expenditures from 3/1/2022 on. The submittal for 3/1/2022 - 6/30/2024 includes each project for which the City has allocated ARPA funds, and how much has been allocated on each of these projects as of 9/30/2025.
