This item will make changes to Sec.11.5 of the city ordinances to require all property owners of both residential and commercial properties to ensure that recyclable materials are separated from trash and each is collected separately. All property owners and managers of buildings that do not receive City trash and recycling collection services shall provide their tenants access to separate trash and recyclable materials collection containers.
